Intel Arc B390: the new performance leader

Radeon 680M: older, but still useful
Radeon 680M uses 12 RDNA 2 compute units. In the Ryzen 7 7735HS it runs at up to 2.2 GHz. That makes it the oldest and slowest design here, but 'slowest in this comparison' does not mean unusable.
