KAMRUI H2 Intel® Core™ 14900HX Mini PC

I bought this specifically to run Frigate for my home security cameras, and it's been handling the workload without any issues. The i5-14450H is plenty powerful for handling multiple streams and the AI detection, and having 32GB of RAM out of the box meant I didn't have to spend more on upgrades right away. It’s compact and quiet enough that I don't really notice it running in the background. I was looking at building a custom PC for this, but for the price, this was a much more practical way to get a dedicated NVR server up and running. It’s a lot of performance for the size. Not sure if it gets hot running regular Windows, but running Frigate, it doesn’t heat up at all.

I bought this mini PC and I'm absolutely thrilled with it!! It's small, but packs a real punch. Whether it's office work, running multiple programs simultaneously, or even doing some video editing – everything runs incredibly smoothly. With 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, everything is fast – booting up, launching programs, nothing lags or freezes. For its size, it's truly impressive. I currently have two monitors connected, and thanks to HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C, it's no problem at all. The picture quality is excellent; 4K runs without any stuttering. What I also love is that it has built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 – the connections are stable and fast. And it's quiet too! Even under load, you can barely hear it. Windows 11 Pro came pre-installed, so it was just a matter of unpacking, plugging it in, and getting started. In short: If you're looking for a compact yet powerful mini PC, you really can't go wrong with this one. The price-performance ratio is perfect for me.

I am very happy with this tiny computer. The processor is very fast and can go up to 3.6GHz, so I can do many things at the same time without problems. It has 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, which makes it work very smoothly, even with heavy programs.

Pros:

Works Great with Two Wide Monitors: I use two 49" ultra-wide screens, and this small computer runs them perfectly. No lag or slowdowns, even with 4K video and detailed work.

Compact and Space-Saving: It is very small and doesn’t take much space on my desk. I can even move it easily if I need to.

Fast Storage: The SSD makes the computer start up super fast, and I can transfer files quickly. Plenty of space for my work and media.

Good Connectivity: It has many USB ports, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi. I can connect everything I need. Bluetooth also works well with my wireless mouse and keyboard.

4K Video: It supports 4K displays, which is great for watching movies or editing videos.

Cons:

WiFi 5: It works well, but I think it would be better if it had WiFi 6 for faster internet. But for now, it is not a big problem.

In general, I am very happy with this small computer. It is strong enough for all my work and works well with two monitors. Highly recommend it!
